Comprehensive RespOrg Training | Routing, Porting Numbers, Reserve Toll Free Numbers
ATL Communications provides comprehensive RespOrg Training. ATL RespOrg Training differs from others in that we train specifically to what your company is going to be doing as a RespOrg. Training includes:
- An overview of SMS and how toll free service works, including how the system accomplishes routing and specific area of service coverage
- How to port numbers, not just how to complete the SMS screen, but the tricks of the trade to get your numbers released promptly and what to do if they're not
- How to reserve numbers
- How to build records based on the carrier routing you will be using
- How to avoid rejects
Although our training is very flexible, generally the training is done at your site and takes 1 1/2 days. We also guarantee our training by providing, at no extra charge, 2 months of continued support via email and telephone.
