Instructions
1. To download LiteSpeed™, please click the
icon below.

2. Once saved to your computer,
doubleclickon the icon to start installation and
followthestepsthrough the process. After
installation is complete and your computer has restarted,
you will be prompted for your username and password. This
will be the Dialup username and password provided
by your local phone company.  |

Now you're ready to browse the Internet at LiteSpeed! |
3. View Statistics
of the LiteSpeed software by right clicking on the
LiteSpeed icon in the system tray and selecting
statistics.  |
4. Settings
will allow you to make adjustments to the way the
accelerator functions. Image
Quality allows you to adjust the level of
compression used and see examples of the results. The
more compression used, the faster the images will
download, but at a price of the resolution. |
5. The Connection
tab allows you to change your username and password if
they are invalid. The Advanced
button allows you to switch servers, but you should not
need to do this.  |
6. The Features
tab allows you to enable other features, such as Pop-up
blocking and Email acceleration. The Proxy
Exclusion button is where you can set exceptions
to the LiteSpeed compression and pop-up blocking.  |
7. The Update
tab contains a button that will let you update your
LiteSpeed software. |
8. Click Pop-up
Blocker to open the Pop-up Blocker settings. On
the Options
tab, you can enable or disable pop-up blocking. |
9. The White
List tab allows you to enable pop-ups in certain
web sites. |
10. The Logging
tab will show you a list of pop-ups blocked.
